Consultation Paper 1
The current contract for the provision of independent disagreement resolution expires on 31st May 2008. The contract was brokered by the South West Regional Partnership with Dorset County Council acting as the host authority on behalf of all 16 LAs in the region.
This consultation paper sets out options for commissioning disagreement resolution services for a two year period commencing June 2008.
